My name is Mohan Rai and I come from a humble Bhutanese family. I completed my high school and my degree in Bhutan and graduated in Master Degree in Leadership and Management with specialization in Policy and Change from Monash University in Australia, Melbourne in October 2010.</p> <p>I strongly believe in what Alfred L.
